If you are sending the flip flops back for a refund or you are exchanging them and they are not in a new condition, then the return postage is at the expense of the customer, in this case, there are two options:
1. You can send them back via your own return postage method: If seeking a refund, in this case, you will be refunded the full amount.
2. We can generate you a return postage label: The cost has set amounts depending on the number of pairs that you are returning. We simply charge USPS Post rates and is based on how many flip-flops fit in a bag.
Number of pairs being returned:Postage Cost:
1-2 pairs = $8.25
3-4 pairs = $13.50
5-6 pairs = $17.50

- In this case, you will be refunded the full amount paid - postage fee. E.g – Total refund amount = $35.00 - $8.25 (flat rate postage fee) = $26.75.

Archies Flip Flops sizing runs very true to your normal running shoe size, so we suggest to select that for your size.
Note: If you are a half size we recommend ordering the size up.
